Mesh Integration: A Natural Way to Add Fullness to Thinning Hair

Mesh integration before and after, Lincoln NE

If your hair has been feeling thinner, or you've noticed more scalp showing at your part or crown, you're not alone. Thinning hair can really shake your confidence. Mesh integration is one of my favorite ways to help clients feel like themselves again, and I'm so excited to offer it in my studio.

What is mesh integration?

A mesh integration unit has a fine mesh base that your own hair pulls through. Your natural hair blends with the added hair, so you get more density and coverage while still wearing your own hair. The result moves and looks natural, not like a wig sitting on top.

How is it different from a topper?

Toppers are great for adding fullness to a specific spot like your crown, hairline or part. Mesh integration covers a larger area, so it's a great option when you want more fullness than a topper alone can give.

The three mesh integration options I offer

Lace closure integration This adds coverage right where you need it most, like your part or crown. Your own hair blends through, and you get a realistic part line so you can style with confidence.

Partial mesh integration This targets a specific thinning area, such as the sides and nape. Your natural hair pulls through the mesh base for added density, while the rest of your hair stays your own.

Full mesh integration This gives the most coverage, blending across your whole head for all-over volume and density. It's a great choice for more advanced thinning or hair loss when you want a complete, natural-looking result.

Who is mesh integration for?

Mesh integration can be a good fit if you:

  1. Have thinning hair or hair loss across a larger area

  2. Want more coverage than a topper provides

  3. Want to keep wearing and styling your own hair

  4. Want a result that looks natural up close

Custom-fitted to you

Every unit I fit is personalized to your hair type, coverage goals and lifestyle. I blend and secure each one so it moves naturally with your hair. With 13 years behind the chair and extensions as my specialty since 2016, blending is what I love most.

Not sure if it's right for you?

That's exactly what a consultation is for. We'll talk about your coverage goals and figure out together whether a topper or mesh integration is the best fit. It's a relaxed, private conversation in my studio in South Lincoln.
